Feature

●[NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING] Leeb rebound hardness test is one of the four commonly used methods to test the hardness of the metal. It is non-destructive used to inspect workpieces weighing above 1 kg. Please note that our hardness tester requires thickness at least 5 mm or more on the workpiece to be tested.
●[EXCELLENT PORTABILITY] Unlike other traditional methods including Rockwell, Brinell and Vickers which were implemented only in the laboratories or testing areas, the Mxmoonfree hardness tester proves to be portable by achieving high testing rates at a reduced cost.
●[EVERYTHING INCLUDED] Rugged carrying case protects all the kits you need. The calibration block helps you calibrate easily and a small support ring is included to help stabilize the leeb hardness tester for small object hardness measurements.
●[OUT OF THE BOX FEATURE] Mxmoonfree prides itself on producing measurement instruments with excellent out-of-the-box performance. The simple and comprehensive English LCD display with physical buttons makes hardness measurement accurate and easy.
●[OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE] Mxmoonfree provides 12-months warranty and lifetime technical support. Each model has to be tested and inspected many times before leaving the factory.

Measuring Curved Surfaces Using The Support Ring (Supplied)

The test surface of the workpiece should preferably be flat. If the radius of curvature R of the test surface is less than 30 mm, a small support ring should be used.

Comes With A Hard, Sturdy Box

The hard carrying case protects the instrument from damage and has a carry handle for easy movement.

Would this work on workpieace that thickness less than 20mm?

Not recommend.

Would this work on gemstones?

No.

What does "tight coupling" mean?

If the workpieces to be measured are smaller than 4.4lb, we recommend measuring hardness using the "coupling" method: Place the item on our standard hardness blocks supplied, replace the air between them with oil or coupling gel and then measure.

Does the output software support English?

YES. If you have any questions about the software, do not hesitate to ask us, we will provide effective help!
