How well do these covers protect small trailers left in the arizona desert for the summer?

Our trailer is in Escondido and it gets pretty hot in summer (not Satans heat, but around 100 many days.). so far cover is holding up well. I am satisfied with it.

Will it fit on a 12 scamp roof vent with AC and maxx fan on top?

Add two feet to the lengrh of your RV. To compensate for the AC unit(s) and additional equipment on the roof and also for the ladder on the rear.

I live in Vancouver, where it rains a lot in the winter. Is the cover waterproof?

Yes it is kept my 2022 Casita Spirit Delux dry. It is totally waterproof and very durable already, I love it.

How well dose it hold up in snow weather?

Protects from weather! Great cover to protect our 13’ camp trailer from the sun/rain. This is our second one—the first one lasted a couple years

How long is this warranteed for?

Three years, mine was broken, they replaced it free of charge. Didnt even have to send in the old one.
