Ultra-light weight 100% polyester mesh neck shield. Attaches to the brim of all regular and full brim hardhats. Hi viz lime yellow neck sun shade shield with reflective stripe at the bottom for added visibility and protection. Conforms to ansi/idea 107 standard for design, color and reflectivity.
