This acrylic plate is made to cover the existing hole in the wall from a doorbell button. A lot of people are switching to wireless video doorbells and dont want to leave an ugly hole with wires hanging out, this is where this plate comes in. Whether you had to move your doorbell location and/or you need to cover the wires to pass inspection...this is exactly what you need! -Standard size measures 3.5" x 1" and screw holes will be based on a standard doorbell (2 3/16" apart). -Color matching stainless steel screws included.
