This Corning 96-well half area solid white polystyrene microplate has flat bottom wells with a 190µL total well volume and a recommended working volume of 25 to 125µL. It enhances luminescent signals and has low background luminescence and fluorescence. This microplate is designed to reduce well-to-well crosstalk during luminescent assays. Nonbinding (NBS) surface is a Corning proprietary treatment technology used on polystyrene microplates to create a nonionic hydrophilic surface (polyethylene oxide-like) that minimizes molecular interactions. It is ideal for reducing protein and nucleic acid binding at low concentrations, and increasing assay signal to noise. Conforms to standard microplate footprint and dimensions.
