Installation Precautions

Installation:

Read the manual carefully first and Pay attention to the precautions
Checking the install video
Be careful of the cable when removing and installing the screen
Please be patient when install screen

Troubleshooting of Installation:

The inner film of the screen was not torn off, resulting in no response to touch and blurred screen
During installation, the screen cable is not fully inserted into the unit, resulting in didnt work

Note:

When your cadillac car is ATSL and XTS in 2018 or 2019,when you replace the screen and the touch does not respond or the cue system freezes,need you plug CUE System into the car, turn off the car, get out of the car and close the door, and then start the car after 15 minutes, restart the CUE system , then test the screen touch response;

Another method is disconnect the battery cable, reconnect the power after 5 minutes, then test the touch response. (please pay attention to safety when connecting the battery cable)

Analysis of common problems after installation


If The Screen didnt work after installation Please check the white cables inside the unit, it is connect with LCD Screen, that disconnct probably result in the screen didnt work.	If The Screen no display after installation The white cables disconnect with unit, Dont touch any White Cables inside the Unit, which result in the screen no display	If Screen touch is useless after installation Please Install the ribbon cable correctly, please keep it always straight in Black side up, Gold pins down Be careful with the locking clip and ribbon cable, they are easily damaged.
