This is a universal converter, should work on any vehicle if directions are followed and connections are made properly. Only you have to splice some wires.

Does it Require Running A Wire to the Battery?

The answer is NO. It doesnt require an extra wire to the battery. But please note DO NOT EXCEED 2.1 AMPS. per stop / turn output, applications of more than 2.1 AMPS. need a power converter.
