Tabcast-94 is 94% alumina, hydraulic setting dense Castable, which is suitable for service temperatures up to 3270F (1800C). It is a premixed refractory composition that can be cast into any required shape and size. It has good mechanical strength with excellent resistance to chemical attack of having purity chemical content. 22 pounds will cast a 12-inch x 12-inch x 1.5-inch block. it is also used for reformer lining, transfer and riser lining, hydro cracking unit line, in the petrochemical industry, coal gasification ducting, Cyclones, Burner pipe lining, and iron ladles, in the metal processing industry.
