Regular MountingThe regular mounting is designed to provide superior security and functionality to any commercial doorway. The regular arm mounting option allows for the closer to be installed on the pull side of the opening, with the closer body mounted to the top of the door and the closer arm attached to the face of the frame head. To ensure a proper installation, the top rail of the door must be wide enough to accommodate the closer body. However, if your doors top rail isnt wide enough, dont worry! Weve got you covered with a mounting plate that will provide a secure and reliable installation. |
Top Jamb MountingWhen the top rail of your door is narrow and the closer needs to be installed on the push side of the opening, the top jamb mounting option is the ideal choice. With the closer body mounted to the face of the frame head and the arm attached to the face of the door, this mounting option provides a sleek and modern appearance, making it more aesthetically pleasing than other mounting options that require a mounting plate. |
Parallel MountingWhen mounted on the push side of the opening, the parallel arm door closer provides superior security and functionality. The parallel arm door closer is the suitable choice when aesthetics are a concern. When the door is closed, the parallel closer arm folds, making it less noticeable and adding an extra touch of elegance to any commercial space. Additionally, parallel arms travel in such a way to allow built-in closer arm stops to be added, providing you with more control at the opening. This mounting option is recommended for narrow top rails. |
