●The MOTOR SMART MINI PD-BTMP-S, LiDAR motor in LIVE AIR 3 SMART, doesnt require controllers or apps, Also making it easy to set up and execute autofocus. Each lens only needs an initial autofocus setup, and the saved lens data eliminates the need for repetitive adjustments. Up to 5 lens data can be stored, and 5 color-coded labels are provided for easy channel identification. Simply calibrate the lens travel each time for automatic retrieval of lens data.
●LiDAR auto ranging projects a total of 4096 ranging points with a 28-degree scanning angle and an actual scanning distance virtually extending from 4m. The high-torque 0.75Nm motor with 16384DPI easily drives various lenses. The autofocus function is compatible with manually focused lenses featuring hard stops or DSLR lenses with depth of field scale frames. Three adjustable autofocus speeds include high-speed sports mode, medium-speed standard mode, and slow-speed cinematic mode. Autofocus distance may be compromised in bright sunlight, but can be restored by wearing reflective stickers. Additionally, scanning distance is unaffected by any lighting or extremely dark environments.
●Array Focusing Technology automatically identifies and tracks the object closest/farthest from the LiDAR within the scanning range. If the scanned object moves out of the autofocus area, the motor will automatically move to a position near infinity until the object is detected again, then it moves to the actual focus distance. Switching between manual and automatic focus is easily, a short press on the motor button pauses autofocus for manual lens adjustment.
●Equipped with 2 motor batteries, each capable of working for up to 8 hours, they are rechargeable, and the accompanying charger can simultaneously charge both batteries. Also included is a universal lens gear ring supporting outer diameters from 42mm to 82mm, a 10cm long 15mm outer diameter rod, and a 15mm clamp accessories.
●PD-BTMP-S enables autofocus for manually focused lenses in various scenarios such as online streaming, solo dance, close-range sports, V-log, etc. Moreover, if you already own a PDL-TC-AFX or PDL-TC-AFP controller, PD-BTMP-S is compatible and transforms into a wireless follow focus system.
