How to use the Tuword microscope：

1. Place the slide on the stage and fasten it with the stage clips. Make sure the sample is centered and above the aperture.

2. Turn on the LED light. Adjust the light to the medium or medium high range. you can adjust the light later to improve the image. The brightest light doesnt necessarily result in the best image.

3. Put the objective lens on objective lens (4x) and move stage to its highest position. By adjusting the coarse focus konb, adjust the height of the stage, while observing the sample image in the eyepiece, and then through the fine focus konb until the image is in focus, you can observe a clear image. Then change to a high-magnification objective lens and re-adjust the knob until the focus is obtained to obtain a clear image.

Causes and solutions of microscope cant focus correctly:

1. The mirror surface of the objective lens is not clean: When using a microscope, if there are impurities, dust, etc. on the mirror surface of the objective lens, it may affect the imaging effect of the objective lens and cause difficulty in focusing. Need to use tools to wipe the lens.

2. The objective lens is not properly focused: When using a microscope, it is necessary to focus one by one according to the multiple of the objective lens. If the objective lens is not properly focused, it may result in failure to focus. It is necessary to control the distance between the sample and the objective lens by adjusting the coarse focus konb and fine focus konb, so as to focus and observe the clearest image.
