The Cool Detoxification Juice
Ingredients:
1/2 organic radish, 2 spears of organic asparagus white, 4 spears of organic asparagus green, 2 slices of pineapple each approx. 1 cm thick,1 mango hard, 1 bunch of dill
Preparation:
Wash and dry the radish, the asparagus green and white, and the dill well. Peel the pineapple and mango and cut everything into roughly equal pieces (2-3 cm). Alternately add everything to the slow juicer and squeeze into a juice. Fill into two glasses and drink immediately. You can also let the juice cool down briefly in the fridge, because it tastes a bit better ice-cold. Alternatively, you can refine the juice with frozen lemon juice.
