We use the latest technology to mix 80% natural wool + 20% high-quality fiber made of high-density wool felt insoles. Thats why the insole is so warm.

3. About the size?

From size 5 to Mens 14. No need trim as we supply 11 sizes fit most people.

If needed, trim along the outline (on bottom of insole near the toes) that matches your shoe size.
