Theres a problem with my keyboard and mouse that I cant solve, what should I do?

How long does it take to enter sleep mode? Can I change this mode?

If it is idle for 1.5mins, the keyboard will light off, if it is idle for 15mins, the mouse will enter sleep mode. This mode cannot be changed. Its purpose is to save power and extend the battery life. Simply press any button to wake it up.

What does the package include? Does it come with batteries?

Package include: wireless keyboard *1; wireless mouse * 1; USB receiver * 1; user manual *1. NOTE: batteries NOT included.

Is there only one USB connector?

YES, keyboard and mouse share ONE USB receiver.

I have cats and children at home, and they often accidentally touch the keys on the keyboard. What should I do?

The back of the keyboard and mouse are equipped with switch buttons, which can be turned off when not in use.
