●Quit buying costly sanding sleeves! With our uniquely designed sleeveless sanding drum, you can cut sandpaper that you already have in your shop down to size for a perfect fit. As and added bonus, this sleeveless sanding drum comes with 6 pre-cut to size sanding sheets to get you started right out of the box! The sleeveless sanding drum essentially eliminates the need for sanding drum sleeves and saves you money in the process.
●With easy to follow instructions included, you’ll be up and running in no time. Each sleeveless sanding drum has the first (of six) sheets of sandpaper already installed, so depending on what grit you need, you could start sanding right from the start.
●The drum features a balanced solid core wrapped in a sponge rubber outer surface for a soft receptive feel while sanding. The sponge rubber outer surface also promotes a longer wear life span for your sandpaper.The metal mounting locking pin is simple in design but very effective. The locking pin can be removed with a hex key wrench (not included) to fit directly into a ½” diameter motor arbor for free hand sanding projects.
●With the ½” shank installed, the sleeveless sanding drum can be mounted into a drill chuck. This means you can use the sleeveless sanding drum on drill press machines, portable drills, electric drills and more! The drum can also be used on lathes and combination tools.
●The sleeveless sanding drum includes the fully assembled sanding drum core and mounting system along with 6 sheets of assorted sandpaper and installation instructions. Actual grits and color of sandpaper may vary due to general availability of sandpaper.

Installs on 1/2" Collet Drills
If you have a drill that accepts 1/2" shanks, then the Sleeveless Sanding Drum is a perfect fit!

Literally takes seconds to mount the Sleeveless Sander to the motor with the use of a hex key wrench (not included).

Remove the Shank for Multiple Machine Mounts
While the shank typically stays installed, there may be instances where you need to remove it. Most times it will be to mount to a motor as shown above.

This is a durable and well built tool for sanding most any type of material. The Solid Balanced CORE ensures that the sander will rotate properly while the Sponge Rubber Outer RING gives just enough for the perfect feel while sanding.
A total of 6 Pre-Cut Sheets are included (1 pre installed on sander and 5 more sheets). They come in assorted grits. *Grits and color of sandpaper may vary depending on availability.
