This can be done in the steam of a kettle or with a high-powered hairdrier or for a fast and easy way this is what I do: Boil a saucepan of water and allow it to simmer away, line up the bottles with their caps on ready, then holding the cap onto the bottle with a long blade knife invert the bottle and dunk into the boiling water for just 2 seconds only and you will find the cap shrinks perfectly.
