NOTICE

  1. It is recommended to feed 8-12 meters per minute; operating speed: 18000-24000RPM.
  2. Please choose the appropriate machine equipment and clamping sleeve. If the clamping sleeve is worn, it needs to be replaced immediately to avoid from vibration, flying off or twisting under high-speed rotation.
  3. During the process, the router bit should be advanced at a constant speed, and do not stop it during the cutting process.
  4. If the router bit bounces, stop working immediately and re-clamp until full contact before working. If the router bit is blunt, please replace it with a new one.
  5. When operating and processing, please wear glasses and handles; when using desktop machines, you need to use anti-rebound devices to avoid accidents when the workpiece rebounds during high-speed cutting.
