Does the printer come with the thermal paper?

Yes, the printer comes with a roll of US Letter Sized thermal paper.

Can I buy thermal paper in folded packaging?

This printer only supports thermal paper in roll packaging. Please note that the roll diameter should not exceed 50 mm.

Why cant I find or connect to the printer on the Xlife Pro App?

1) Please make sure the printer is powered on

2) Please confirm that you have turned on the Bluetooth function.

3) Restart the printer and App to connect again.

If the printing is unclear, what should I do?

You can try changing the concentration to "Dense." Its normal for the printer to make some sound when printing large area patterns in this mode.

How printer know when to cutting page by page or it keeps printing? Do we have to manually cutting page?

Dear customer, when a page is printed, the printer will pause, and you need to manually tear off that page. Afterward, you need to click "Continue Printing" on the app, and the printer will resume printing the next page.
