Enable OTG function on your phone before recording
This function is allows the phone to connect wireless clip on microphone directly.
When android phones camera App doesnt support USB C microphone, please download "Open Camera" App. Item not compatible with Samsung Galaxy A03s or Moto G Stylus 5G.
PC & Laptop Setting
Select the USB Audio 1.0 as default sound input.
Some PCs & Laptops devices use the built-in microphone by default.
If the wireless lapel microphone and receiver indicators both are solid but not working, please try this method.
