A: At this time, you only need to make a light comparison between the old lamp and the new lamp. If both have the same problem, then it is a problem with the light bulb. Please contact our Quality Service Team to receive a new replacement bulb.

• How should I avoid things like dust on the bulbs when installing new lights?

A: Dont rush to install the new light bulb after you receive it. First, you can check whether the light bulb is in good condition. Because it cannot be ruled out that it may be damaged during transportation.

After confirming that the bulb is not damaged, you can refer to the simple installation instructions we included. In order to avoid direct contact, we also include small gloves, a simple screwdriver and other equipment in the packaging box of the bulb, so that you can easily complete the installation.
