Description

Graphite-Coated 1.5 degree bent Official BSA Steering Axle (Single Axle) for use on pinewood derby cars. This bent BSA steering Axle is the easiest way to steer your derby car to go straight or make a rail rider.

Includes Pinewood Pros Easy Turn screw driver slot cut in the head to make fine steering adjustments without the need for a pliers which could damage the axle.

To win races, your car needs to steer straight so you dont lose speed when your car hits the guide rails (unless you are making a rail rider!).

To make your car roll straight, replace one of your front axles with the Graphite-Coated Official Steering Axle . Orient the slot vertically, straight up and down. Then roll your car. If it is steering left or right, your car will lose speed. To make it steer straight, simply insert a screw driver into the Easy Turn slot on your steering axle and turn it a few degrees left or right and roll your car again. Repeat until your car is rolling straight....its as easy as that!

This Official Graphite-Coated Steering Axle increases your derby cars speed while saving hours of time trying to fine tune your cars steering.

Designed and Engineered for speed by the Pro’s at Pinewood Pro.

IMPORTANT NOTES: You only need a slight 1.5 degree bend to steer your wheels. THE 1.5 DEGREE BEND IS A VERY SLIGHT BEND THAT YOU CAN NOT SEE WITH THE NAKED EYE. However, if you roll the bent axle on a flat surface, you will see that it does not roll smoothly compared to an unbent axle.
