Description

The NMC VLOK1 31 piece safety sign valve lockout kit provides portable access to an assortment of lockout devices, including eight valve lockout devices to help prevent unauthorized access to a variety of valve types and sizes. It has two 1-1/2" lockout hasps with the capacity for six padlocks each (additional padlocks sold separately), providing the ability to require multiple authorizations for access to one locked-out device or energy source. It comes with two laminated steel padlocks to help prevent unauthorized access to potential hazards, and 20 vinyl lockout tags with a red, white, and black "Danger" logo on both sides to help identify lockout targets. The assortment comes in a 17" wide lockable polypropylene carrying case that is resistant to many chemicals. This kit is part of a lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedure required at facilities where multiple devices and energy sources need to be isolated during maintenance and repair.
