The fi-8040 is an ideal solution for a variety of environments and workflows including accounting, legal, front office reception and patient intake. Its compact size and "DirectScan" functionality make it ideal for crowded work spaces by enabling PC-Less scanning. Replacing the fi-7030, the fi-8040 is nearly 50% faster than its predecessor and is newly equipped with a 4.3-inch touch screen allowing users to easily initiate scans directly to network destinations without the use of a PC.
