Warm Tips for GRENNIX Beginners:

Q-1: Why Roker SE doesnt work when I put it in water?

A-1: Please check that Roker SE is switched on correctly. After pressing the button and your hand is away, you can still hear a beeping sound per second, this means the machine is on. If the machine doesnt beep anymore after releasing your hand, then it is off, please press hard till its on.

Q-2: How to solve that Roker SE slows down or stops after working for a period of time?

A-2: Hello. If G900-Ivory slows down or stops while in use, it might be caused by an overloaded filter. Please clean the trash and then let it return to the pool to continue cleaning without charging.

Q-3: What size of rod do I need for the pick-up tool?

A-3: Hello. Roker SE needs a Pod with a 1-1/4" diameter connection end, which is the universal size needed to fit standard-size pool accessories. Roker SE package does not include pick-up pole.

Note

1. Its normal that Roker SE slows down or stops minutes after putting in a dirty pool. It might be caused by an overloaded filter. Please clean the trash in the filter， install the filter back to Roker SE, and put it into the pool to continue working.

2. The charging port at the bottom of the product is IP68 waterproof and can be put directly into the swimming pool.

3. Please keep the charging port and charger dry when charging.
