The anchor requires a 8mm hole to be drilled in the base material(Concrete, Block, and Brick).The hole should be drilled with carbide tipped bit and used in a hammer drill.
The hole in the fixture or material being fastened must be larger than the designated diameter of the anchor. The M6 diameter anchor requires the hole in the fixture to be 8mm.
Installation method:
1. Select an alloy drill bit that matches the outer diameter of the internal expansion bolt, and then drill the hole with reference to the length of the internal expansion bolt. Drill the hole to the depth you need for installation.
2. Install the flat washer, spring washer and nut, turn the nut to the bolt and the end to protect the thread, and then insert the inner expansion bolt into the hole.
3. Turn the wrench until the washer and the surface of the fixture are flush. If there is no special requirement, generally tighten it by hand and then use the wrench for three to five turns.
