There Is Only One ICE EATER - Accept No Substitutes
Ice Eater is the leader in quality, durability, and performance for preventing ice from forming around boats, marinas, docks, and piers. The Ice Eaters propeller draws warmer subsurface water through our patented venturi-styled housing and deflects it to the surface. By creating a constant circulation of the warmer subsurface water and colder surface water, the Ice Eater will prevent further ice formation and melt existing ice. Ice Eaters is shipped complete with suspension lines and shackles. Out of the box and installed within minutes: hang the unit from a pier or boat at least 2-3′ down, plug it in, and you are done.
The listing is for 115V units; please check your power source before ordering. A commercial GFCI is highly recommended. 115V allows you to run up to 150 with a quick disconnect, no voltage drop, and no need for an extension cord.
