Do not cover the bottom of the microphone where the signal is sent with your hands to avoid the signal block.

Wear your headset or lapel mic properly to capture your sound clearly.

Ensure Line of Sight

Operate the system in the proper range and keep the receivers antennas upward for better wireless performance. Clean up metals in the line of sight.
