Differences You Will See...

Aside from the quality feel and weight of Cosmas bar pulls. There are elements you will see in Cosmas quality craftsmanship that set these products apart. Each pull is quality inspected at the factory. The pulls that dont meet our standards are recycled and reproduced. The major elements that are indicative of a quality bar pull have to do with consistency. Employees inspect each pull to ensure that it is beveled consistently to our standards. Other manufacturers will have inconsistent or wavy bevels. The next thing that you will notice is that each leg of the bar pull is square to the bar and parallel with the other. This is important for ease of installation. The pulls then go on to the finishing process where they will receive a high quality Oil Rubbed Bronze, Satin Nickel, Polished Chrome, Flat Black, or Brushed Brass Finish. Lastly, we pick a pull from our last production run and compare each pull to that pulls finish ensure finish quality and consistency between each run.

Mounting and Installation

While it is impossible to use a "one size fits all" approach to mounting cabinet hardware. Cosmas attempts to make installation a breeze by including SAE 8/32 - 1" mounting screws. This is a standard in the cabinet hardware market and is a "one size fits most" approach. Most cabinets will use this size screw. However, for doors and drawer fronts thicker than 3/4" we recommend longer mounting screws. If your application requires longer screws, We offer packs of screws in various sizes. Search "Cosmas Machine Screw" on Amazon and you will find the screws needed for your project. If youre not sure what size you need, you can get these at any local hardware store.
