Some FAQs you may want to know
Q1. How do I know if the connection was successful?
Please make sure your device is unlocked and the blue light flashes after the receiver is plugged to your device, press the power switch of the microphone for about 3 second to turn it on. If the blue light for both of receiver and transmitter always keeps on, it means they paired successfully. (Note: If the match is not successful, dont worry, just shut down the mic, unplug the device and try to reconnect again)
Q2. Suddenly disconnected?
If your device is locked, the transmitter and the receiver may disconnect. If this happens, please follow the steps: 1.Unplug the receiver, turn off the mini microphone 2. Reconnect and Turn on the mics again
Q3. How to pause recording with one click?
Slide up the mute button, the microphone blue indicator light keeps flashing, at this time the lapel microphone pauses the recording, slide down the mute button, you can resume the recording
Q4. What should I do if there is no sound recorded?
1. Check if the connection is successful
2. Check if you are in mute mode
3. Make sure the volume is not 0 when you play the recording
Q5: Are the lavalier microphones completely noise-cancelling?
Because this microphone is for omnidirectional live broadcast, it does pick up alot of sound even though it has noise reduction built in, it not a professional-grade studio equipment, So occasionally due to environmental problems a little bit hissy, you can use software post-production to remove them.
Q6:How to reduce noise?
1. Keep the mic at least 18cm/7in away from the source of sound to avoid a popping sound
2. Keep away from sources of noise(e.g. fans, air conditioners, refrigerators, clothes friction)
3. Keep microphone relatively still during performances to reduce noise
NOTE-NOTE-NOTE!
1. Clip on microphone is for recording only and is not a speaker and cannot amplify the sound
2. No need to charge the receiver. Just charge the wireless microphone
3. Any time when you see the blue light flashes constantly, it means the connection is failed and you need to reconnect.
6. Press and hold the power switch for about 3 seconds to power off the microphone.
7. Please unplug the receiver before listening to your recordings.
