Yes; the standard health data for different genders/age/height/weight are different. In order to measure more accurately, you must first download the BIGGERFIVE app and fill in your kids information.

What should I do if my kid doesn’t have a mobile phone?

BIGGERFIVE APP is designed to allow you to better observe your childs health data. You can also set daily exercise goals for your child. Your child doesnt have to have a mobile phone.

Will the APP steal the information on my phone?

Some permissions may be required.For example, when you want to upload your own photos as watch face, we will need your album permissions. We comply with all privacy laws in CA/US/EU, and you can cancel all authorizations on the APP at any time.

Will the APP steal my child’s information?

BIGGERFIVE can help you permanently retain personal information, exercise data, and health data of your child. We promise not to share these data; you can also choose not to retain it, which will not affect the normal use of the watch.

Are your credit card information and payment needed when you scan the QR code to download APP BIGGERFIVE?
