Description

These planks are considered 2nds quality. This means they might contain small knotholes, slight cracks or warping. That said, they will all be fit for cooking and will provide the same flavor. These planks are 0.20" thick, instead of our standard 0.30". This means they soak faster, but still give tremendous flavor.

2-3 servings or a meal for one or two. Also fits:

• 1 wheel of Brie
• 2-3 standard burgers (or 4-5 sliders)
• 1 personal-size pizza

During our manufacturing process some grilling planks come out less pretty than the rest. These planks are graded as seconds. Our seconds may have crooked brands, rough faces or edges, or a small hole or split, but they still have all the flavor of our Grade A grilling planks.
