Map out traction on solesMap out spike placement upside down on flat rubber soles of sneakers. Use included marker to dot the desired spots where you want the spikes. |
Apply dab of goo on metal screwOnce you have marked the spots put a small dab of goo on the end of each metal screw. This locks the spikes firmly onto your soles. |
Screw in cleats by hand or drillScrew in spikes by hand or drill until snug/flush with sole. Flat rubber soles work best, foam, leather, and soles with existing traction do not work well. |
You just made your own customsAllow 24 hours for goo to set before playing ball. Nice work you just built your own custom cleats. |
