The Midwest 1 1/2" Vinyl Fence Post Nibbler is used to elongate rail hole in posts when required to rack fence rails or section over a slope or grade. Variable leverage handle action. Long aluminum handles. Replaceable cutter jaws. Clean cutting action. Self-aligning to existing post rail hole opening. (Note: Move tool side-to-side for post rail hole openings wider than nibbler.)
