Motion Detection

Enable motion detection in the menu, then start the recording. Once motion is detected, the recording will automatically initiate and pause after approximately 25 seconds of inactivity. Reduce the still frames in prolonged recording for you, save memory and power.

How to use?

(For details, please refer to the webpage instructional video and manual)

1. Long press the ”M“ menu key after powering on to enter the local menu to set the language and date-time (Default English)

2. Strongly Recommend: After inserting any memory card (Max 128GB; FAT32 format) for the first time, access the camera menu to format it.

(Forbidden to format on the computer, see QA for the reason)

3. Video/audio recording: Slide up to record, slide down to save. Press the "Power/Play" button to turn on/off the LCD screen

4. Usage of menu key "M"

After power on when there is no audio/video recording: short press the "M" menu button to switch between 3 modes: file browsing and other 2 modes

In non-file browsing mode: long press the "M" menu button to enter the menu

In file browsing mode: long press the "M" menu button to delete quickly

Note: When recording video or audio, the menu button will not work and you cannot enter the menu at this time

5. During playing, long press the "previous/next song" button for fast rewind/forward

  • Q1: Cant record or play videos?

1. You need to insert 8~128GB high-speed FAT32 TF card and format it on the camera

2. Using a low speed card may result in invalid stored files or inability to record. Please use a high-speed card with CLASS10 U3 or above

3. Do not connect to a computer or any device when recording, when connected to a computer, only data is transferred and all buttons dont work

4. Try the "Reset" button

  • Q2: Why cant I format the memory card on my computer?
  • Q2: Why is it necessary to format the memory card after inserting it into the camera for the first time?

A32 body camera only supports FAT32 format memory card, you can only format the memory card on the police body camera

Once you format the memory card on your computer, it will change its format from FAT32 to exFAT or others, which will cause the camera not working or data loss

  • Q3: Disk error?

The power was cut off when formatting the device without completing it, resulting in loss of system firmware. Please try the "reset“ button"

  • Q4: Why do the close-ups in the image appear to be the opposite of left and right?

Because of the principle of camera mirroring, the image will be rendered opposite. We have set up 2 modes, far shot: the camera faces the back of the screen and the image is positive; close up shot: the camera faces the front of the screen and the image is reversed. Users can go to the menu - image settings to set this according to their needs

  • Q5: Why does it only have about 119GB of memory when I look at it on my computer?

A: All memory manufacturers in the world produce the memory according to 1000 MB = 1 GB, while the computer recognizes the recorder according to 1024 MB = 1 GB. For more information please Google

  • Q6: If the computer connection fails?

1. Turn the camera off before connecting it to the computer, then place it carefully without pressing any buttons

2. Try the "reset" button

3. Replace the data cable or try another computer or port

4. It may be that your computer does not have a driver, please Google to install the computer driver
