●To lock out, secure with padlock and lockout tag (both sold separately) to render the plug unusable
●StopPlug Plug Lockouts feature inside pry-guards uniquely designed to prevent plug access and tampering
●Write-on DANGER label on the outside provides additional warning and identifies the responsible person

Description
The STOPOUT StopPlug Plug Lockout by Accuform prevents unauthorized, accidental plug-in of a power cord leading to equipment and machinery. Simply insert the electrical cord through the side opening of the StopPlug, line up the lockhole tabs, and secure with padlock (sold separately). "DANGER" label on device provides space to write-in pertinent lockout information.
