Note:

Sport X10 has an IPX7 Waterproof rating under IEC standard 60529, which means they can withstand submersion in water at a maximum depth of 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. They are not designed for swimming, showering, or exposure to pool or ocean water. Do not use Sport X10 in a sauna or steam room. Waterproofing effectiveness may reduce over time. The charging case is not waterproof.

How can I turn off Sport X10 earbuds?

1. The earbuds automatically enter charging mode when the case is shut, and the earbuds turn off when fully charged.

2. Alternatively, press the button on either side of the earbud for 8 seconds to turn off manually.

What should I do if I cant find Sport X10 in the Soundcore app?

1. Pair the earbuds with your phone.

2. Open the Soundcore app, choose Add Devices to find your device.

3. If you still cannot find them, please choose Set up Manually > Sport > Sport X10.

4. Make sure the app is the latest version, or reinstall it.

Do Sport X10 earbuds come with touch control?

To avoid accidental touches during exercise, Sport X10 earbuds come with a button control on each side.

Can I charge the Sport X10 earbuds with a wireless charger?

No, Sport X10 earbuds do not support wireless charging. We recommend charging with a 5V wall charger.

What is the battery life of Sport X10s earbuds in different modes?

Normal: 8H (single charge) / 32H (with charging case)

ANC: 6H (single charge) / 24H (with charging case)

Transparency: 7H (single charge) / 28H (with charging case)
