This low-odor cement eliminates the extra step of priming in PVC projects, while giving your projects a neat, transparent finish. The premium thick viscosity provides longer working time to help ensure proper bottoming out of the assembly and fusion of the pipe and fittings. This self-priming cement clings to the surface of the pipe for dripless application at the recommended temperature of 40 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. It is recommended for use on all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings up to 4" and non-pressure applications up to 6" with interference fit where local code permits. This PVC cement is certified to UL Greenguard Gold and complies with NSF/ANSI 61 health effects requirements. It meets SCAQMD 1168/316A or BAAQMD method 40 as well as ASTM D2564.
