Operation Principle:
The heated bottom bkeeps the chocolate sauce in liquid form all the time. The liquid chocolate enters the cylinder in the center of the fountain machine, which in turn is transported by the rotating spiral conveyor bar to the top of the fountain machine, and then flows back from the top to the bottom.
