Master the Art of Singing Bowl Playing with These Simple Steps
Place the singing bowl in the middle of your flat palm or cushion. Do not hold or touch it with your fingers.
Hold the stick just like a pen between the index finger and thumb.
Bring the stick on the rim of the bowl around a 45-degree angle.
Hit singing bowl gently and then circulate the mallet at a constant pressure on the rim. Keep the angle and pressure throughout the circumference of the bowl. Repeat this step until bowl sings with a gentle tone.
