- A: The screws in the sole help secure the metal insert, so its important to tighten 2 screws before installing the cleats. This will help reduce rattling when riding.
- Q: The included cleats are compatible with indoor bikes, but why cant I clip them to the pedals?
- A: It can be tricky to clip the bike pedals in the first time, but if they dont clip in smoothly, you can use a Allen key to release some of the tension on the back of the pedals. You can also loosen the cleats and check that the black rubber is orientated correctly.
