●【WATER COOLING】The acrylic bender comes with water cooling system, intuitive to set up and work. It can prevent the bender from overheat in operation then ensure high efficiency of bending. Please change the water once the water in bucket exceed 122℉.
●【WORKING PRINCIPLE】This product bend plastics by heating the quartz tube with an electric current. When heating, the tube emit heat and soften the plastic sheet. Then you can bend the plastic sheet by hand or with a shaping die. With water circulation cooling on both sides, there will be no extra thermal deformation.

Description

Connect the acrylic bender and water pump with one pipe. Then put the other pipe on the other end.

Then put the pump and the other end of pipe into the water bucket.

Install cell battey and then place the probe of the thermometer into water bucket.

Connect the temp adapter to the bender then adjust to the optimal temperature.

Put the acrylic sheet on the bender then heat for several minutes.
