A1: Make sure that the USB port of your computer can work properly.

Q: After plug USB in, there comes out a random popping noise from the speaker, how to deal with the problem?
A: Plug the USB into the back of your desktop computer instead of front and make sure that the USB port of your computer can work properly.
Q: Is it compatible with Android TX-Box, TV, Projector, Xbox and Play Station?
A: No. the electric power of the USB port of these devices is too low to powered our USB speakers.
Q: Is there a built-in microphone?
A: No. There is no built-in mic, but the speaker has 3.5mm microphone and earphone port in the front of the speaker ,so you can easily to connect a separate computer microphone when having video calls.
