1.Why cant this backpack solar panel produce 18W advertised when charging my device outdoor?
The actual charging power is influenced by multiple factors, including the output parameters of the controller, sunlight intensity, the orientation and angle of the solar panel folding, environmental temperature, air mass, charging protocols, cable quality, and the maximum charging power supported by the connected devices. Additionally, some devices may accept different power levels at various stages of charging.
In order to have a better charging experience,please place this solar charging panel in direct sunlight,adjust its angle to ensure the light source is perpendicular to the solar panels surface.
2.Why is my electronic device charging slowly or not charging?
(1) Please check the environment and weather. Electricity generation may be reduced or disrupted during cloudy or rainy conditions.
(2) Confirm that the solar panel is oriented towards direct sunlight. Adjust its position to ensure sufficient sunlight exposure on the surface.
