INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fix the bike on appropriate stand (e.g. bike lift )

2. Loosen clutch cable adjuster jam nut and slacken the clutch cable.

3. Remove clutch cover using allen head 5/32" or Torx TX 27 Keys. Use 11/32" spanner to loosen clutch adjuster nut and loosen adjusting screw by turning it counter clockwise with

7/32" hex key.

4. Drain gearbox oil and remove clutch cover using 3/16" hex key.

5. Remove circlip with ring pliers and disconnect clutch cable from inner ramp of clutch release

kit. Replace OEM inner ramp with Müller inner ramp reusing the 3 ball bearings.

6. Connect the new TIGERSGATE inner ramp to clutch cable and mount in clutch cover. Install circlip.

7. Mount clutch cover using a new gasket and refill gearbox oil according to HD specifications.

8. Perform basic clutch adjustment according to OEM manual.

Unscrew adjusting screw counter-clockwise until you feel that the screw seats on the clutch pushrod. Pull clutch lever to its maximum 3 or 4 times to seat the clutch release mechanism.Then turn the clutch adjuster screw counterclockwise just for 1/4 turn .

Note:The clutch release mechanism must have free play.

9. Fasten adjusting screw jam nut and remount derby cover.

10. Adjust clutch cable play (see 2) by screwing the adjuster apart until free play at lever is about 2-3mm. Note: Dont forget to fasten jam nut of cable adjuster.

11. Check clutch and take a test riding!
