How to Replace Needles on Your KNODOS WDT Tools


Removing Magnetic Cap: Hold adjustment wheel and needle holder firmly. Rotate the cap in an unscrewing motion to remove.

Removing 0.4mm Needles: While gripping the adjustment wheel, extract the pre-installed needles.

Align Needle Holder: Ensure holes in the holder base and adjustment wheel align for needle installation.

Inserting Needles: With aligned holes, fit in 0.25mm replacement needles.

Reattach Cap: Align the cap with the handle; rotate to screw it in place.

Adjustment the Needles Angle:


Releasing the Magnetic Cap: Gently rotate and release the magnetic cap.

Angle Adjustment: Once the cap is released, rotate the middle wheel either clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the tools angle between 90-120 degrees.

Securing the Desired Angle: After reaching your desired angle, hold the tool in position with other hand and, screw the magnetic cap back on to lock and stabilize the angle.
