(2) High-speed particle impact resistance at extremes of temperatures
The faceshield is made using extrusion-grade polycarbonate, allowing it to withstand the impact of a 6 mm steel bead traveling at a speed of 393 ft/s (120 m/s) at extremes of temperatures, -23°F and +122°F(-5°C and +50°C).
