●Easy To Use: Firstly Wrap chain around the pipe, then hook the chain onto the plier jaw, and close plier jaw, hand rotate chain around pipe until it is cut off.
●Note: It has15 blades that effectively cut pipe, so only a 1/4 inch rotation is needed for a complete cut.
