Condensation is a major issue for greenhouses significantly impacting light transmission. Our Anti-condensation treatment limits the formation of water droplets improving light transmission by up to 100% A number of factors will impact the longevity of your Greenhouse Film to ensure you get the most from your Greenhouse Film please take note of the following. In some environments, the Chlorine released from PVC pipes and fittings will prematurely degrade the Polyethylene. Do not place the poly sheeting in direct contact with PVC as this will void the warranty. It is best to use felt as a spacer between and PVC and the plastic sheeting. Factors that will impact the longevity of the anti condensate properties of the plastic include very warm or very humid seasons, poor ventilation, poor installation including insufficient gradients. Please ensure that there are no sharp edges or point on your frames as this will cause puncture or tearing of the sheet.
