Q: Why cant the water be pushed up and percolated through the coffee? Water gets hot, but percolator does not work! Water does not get pushed up the tube. Water in urn gets hot but none gets pushed up to percolate through ground coffee!
A: Please properly insert the Percolator Filter into the groove at the inner bottom of the coffee urn, so that the water can be able to push up as it heats up. Please check the filter is in the correct position.
