How To Wear The Elbow Braces?
1. Open the double buckle Velcro tape on the elbow straps.
2. Slide the elbow guard to about 1" below the elbow joint of the arm to feel the support of the muscles from the compression pad.
3. Turn the elbow brace outward (for tennis) or inward (for golf).
4. Use Velcro tape to secure your elbow pads (not too tight).
5. Start your favorite exercise.
